Van Dulst Techniek
5-axis fully automatic drilling and sawing installation.
The installation is equipped with an MPS UCM 425 circular saw and features 3× CG30 ERLO drilling units with HSK40 interface (drilling up to Ø 42.5 mm), combined with an MPS measuring system with a length of 6,300 mm.
The saw unit is designed with dual 45° mitre capability, pneumatic clamping, and is equipped with a mist lubrication system.
The installation is suitable for round material with a diameter of approx. Ø 25–60 mm.
With a minor modification, the machine can also be used for box sections up to 100 × 100 mm.
